“No Mans Land”
The spoiled son of a provincial lord has been known to be squandering his father’s money in a brothel along a coastal city to the east. Normally such family matters are below Konoha to exploit, but it has recently been discovered that a significant amount of drug trafficking has gone on under his father’s regime. Aside from such blatant disrespect and misuse of land bestowed upon him by the Fire Lord, the man cannot even spare a portion of his earnings with our gracious Daimyo. This cannot go unpunished. Seize, torture, and send the boys remains to his father; we’ll deal with him next. Beware whatever precautions the boy may have surrounded himself with, if any.
